Gwinnett Pulmonary & Sleep has been providing expert pulmonary and sleep care to patients across Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta area since 1983. Our five offices, in Lawrenceville, Duluth, Snellville, Dacula, and Suwanee, are staffed by board-certified pulmonologists, sleep medicine physicians, and critical care specialists, ensuring that patients throughout the county have access to advanced respiratory and sleep care without traveling into the city.
Our Lawrenceville and Dacula locations offer pulmonary, critical care, and sleep services. Our Duluth and Suwanee offices provide pulmonary and critical care. Our Snellville location offers pulmonary and sleep services. All five offices are supported by our affiliation with Northside Gwinnett Medical Center, providing seamless coordination for patients who require hospital-level care.
Beyond our five office locations, we serve patients from surrounding communities, including Norcross, Lilburn, Loganville, Sugar Hill, Buford, Winder, and Monroe, many of whom find our Gwinnett County offices more accessible than traveling to Atlanta for specialist care.

Love the staff! I’ve always had ease of making appointments. Love the added convenience of cpap supplies and a pharmacy being on-site. Dr. Garimella is wonderful! He is understanding, compassionate, and explains things very well. Honestly, he is everything I look for in a provider and more!
