Lawrence D. Kaplan M.D. is from Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in North Carolina, completed medical school at Atlanta’s Emory University.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care at Emory University Hospital, also in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Kaplan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society, a member of the Critical Care Society and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
